The Palm Treo 800w is the upgrade version of Treo 750w. It should be running the latest Windows Mobile 6.1. Other features include a 2 megapixels camera, 256MB memory, MicroSD expansion slot, aGPS, WiFi 802.11g, Bluetooth 2.0+EDR and EVDO Rev. The QWERTY keyboard and screen (320x320 pixels) is similar to the 750.
