E-ten X500 is powered by Samsung's S3C 2442 400MHz processor and built-in with 64MB RAM and 128MB ROM. Other features include a QVGA TFT LCD display with touchscreen support, Bluetooth 2.0, WiFi connectivity, FM radio tuner, a microSD card slot, SiRFStar III GPS and a 2 megapixel camera with auto-focus.
