At Mobile88.com you are buy direct from the manufacturer. All Freeasy products exclusively embossed with serial number so we do know who was sold to. We're proud of our products and if your Freeasy beanbag is coming apart at the seam within 1 year, we will mend it. However, damage due to customer accident or misuse cannot be warranted.
Warranty Procedures
>Inform us about the model and serial number.
> Send it over to our warehouse after verification.
> Attach your copy of invoice.
>All shipping charges will be at client expense.
Freeasy will have no liability for any product returned if Freeasy determines that:
> The product was stolen.
> Can't reasonably be fixed due to damage occurring when the product is in the possession of someone
other than Freeasy.
> The product was not own by you.
> Counterfeit product.
Delivery
FREE delivery on all Freeasy products until further notice. The FREE delivery is only available to Malaysia residents. If you are outside of this country please email us for new shipping rates. Our standard delivery turnaround is 7-10 working days from receipt of your payment. All orders are sent by courier and will be delivered between the hours of 8.30am and 5.30pm Monday - Friday. Packages will not be shipped on Saturday or Sunday
