Service Condition
Service Conditions
1) Reload Thru SMS service is available 24
x 7, 365 days a year including public holidays.
2) Mobile88 Reload Thru SMS service is only
open to those who have registered with and approved by
Mobile88 as SMS Reload Users.
3) Those who are not currently Mobile88 Approved SMS Reload
Users are encouraged to register.
4) Registration can be done by filling in a MS-Word form
which will be sent thru email. (SMS Reload new registration temporary not available).
5) In the registration form, applicants are required to
fill in the hand phone numbers authorized by them to be
used for performing SMS Reload. This number will be used
for verification purpose on all SMS Reload request
6) Applicants are required to fax in photocopy of IC and
credit card. Verification process would take 7 business

7) Once approved, an email will be sent to successful
applicant with a four digits PIN number.
8) Only SMS Reload requests sent from the authorized hand
phone numbers tagged with correct PIN number will be processed.
9) Mobile88 only provide reload coupons of the same mobile
communication operator in accordance with the SMS senders
hand phone number. Example:
Customer that registered 012-1234567 and 016-7654321 as
authorized hand phone numbers with Mobile88 can only perform
SMS Reload by using back the same hand phone number and
can only purchase 012 and 016 reload coupons respectively.
10) Customers are fully responsible for the SMS Reload
message being sent to Mobile88. Thus, please verify the
message before hitting the send button.
11) Each customers can only use Mobile88 SMS Reload Service
once a day.
12) Mobile88 SMS Reload is provided as a special service.
Therefore, All form of promotion or discount is not applicable.
