Who can perform SMS reload service?
Ø It is open to those who have registered with and
approved by Mobile88 as SMS Reload Users.
How to apply as Mobile88’s SMS
reload user?
Ø Fill up the “Mobile88 SMS Reload User Application
Form” (available at http://www.mobile88.com/smsreload/)
& fax the application form, photocopy of I.C. & credit
card (front & back) at 03-9200 3333. Verification process
would take 5 business days.
4. Is there any purchase limit via
SMS reload?
Ø Each customer can only use Mobile88 SMS Reload Service
once a day (per one authorised handphone number).
5. What is the payment type if I purchase
the reload pin via SMS?
Ø Credit card (VISA or Master).
6. When can I perform SMS reload service
if I am the Mobile88’s verified SMS reload user?
Ø “Reload Thru SMS” service is available
24 x 7, 365 days a year including public holidays.
7. How do I perform SMS reload service
if I am the Mobile88’s verified SMS reload user?
Ø Compose a SMS message with the format in "STEP
BY STEP GUIDE"
Ø Send out the message to respective Telco’s
number depending on your handphone operator.
Ø Voila, you will receive your Prepaid within 3 minutes.
8. How secure is SMS Reload?
Ø Each user is given a SMSPassword.
Ø Your unique SMSPassword is only valid for the mobile
phone registered with Mobile88.com. If someone gets hold of
your SMSPassword, he/she will NOT be able to buy from us.
Ø You are allowed to purchase ONCE (1) in a day only.
This is to reduce your credit risk.
Ø After each purchase, we will send you an email to
inform you of the transaction.
