1. The Mobile 88 contest is opened to all Malaysian residents aged 18 and above only. 2. The Mother's day contest will start from May 8th, 2003 to June 8th, 2003. 3. The Father's day contest will start from June 8th, 2003 to July 8th, 2003. 4. Staff and immediate family members of SAGEM, TM Net Sdn Bhd and Mobile88.com Sdn Bhd are not allowed to participate. 5. To qualify for the prize, the contestant must provide full details such as full name, NRIC number, a valid email and postal address. All submission of pictures / images will be strictly via on-line only. 6. Each contestant can submit up to five entries. 7. Mobile88.com Sdn Bhd reserves the right to modify the pictures / images' size and publish when necessary. 8. Three winners will be selected for the contest. First winner for the Mother's Day contest, second winner for the Father's Day contest and the third winner will win the grand prize. 9. The winners will be notified via www.mobile88.com. 10. Mobile88.com Sdn Bhd reserves the right to cancel, change or substitute any prizes with other prizes with equal value at anytime without prior notice. 11. The prizes are not exchangeable or transferable. 12. The judge’s decision is final. In the event of any dispute, uncertainty or ambiguity relating to the rules or to any other matters involving the contest, the matter shall be resolved by Mobile88.com Sdn Bhd in its absolute and unfettered discretion and the final decision on the matter, shall be conclusive and final.
