Termination.

You agree that Mobile88, in its sole discretion, may terminate your Mobile88 Membership, password, use of the Services, and remove and discard any content within the Services, for any reason, including, without limitation, for lack of use or if we believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the Terms of Service. Mobile88 may also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing the Service, or any part thereof, with or without notice. You agree that any termination of your access to the Service under any provision of this Terms of Services may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that Mobile88 may immediately deactivate or delete your Mobile88 Membership and all related information and files in your Mobile88 Membership and/or bar any further access to such files or the Services. Furthermore, you agree that Mobile88 shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the Service.

Membership Eligibility.

All Malaysian citizens with valid IC and residents who currently resides in Malaysia holding a valid passport are eligible to sign up as Mobile88 community member and therefore entitled for the rewarding scheme. In addition, our services are not available to temporarily or indefinitely suspended Mobile88 members. We can also change these Terms at any time, without notice, and your continued use of the Services after any changes we make will mean that you will agree with the changes. In the event that you do not agree to any change, please do not access or use the services in any manner for any purpose.

1.2 Trading

By using the services, you agree to each of the Terms set forth below. If you do not agree with any terms or conditions set forth below, you are not authorized to use the services for any purpose.

1.2.1 Product Delivery

Please allow 24 business hours for goods to be delivered. We will always endeavour to get product(s) to you the next working day. If we are unable to deliver your order or if there’s a delay, we will contact you to let you know. If this is not acceptable then your order will refunded or cancelled. Free delivery is only applicable within Klang Valley (K.L., P.J., Subang Jaya, Shah Alam). Our business hours are 9a.m. to 6p.m.from Monday to Saturday
