Q Why do I need to be a ReloadShop member? What are the benefits?
A You would be able to make a purchase from the ReloadShop through a secured connection. You could also post comments in our Review Section. Besides, you would also be more informed through our Mobile Phone Reviews and Mobile News.

Q How do I become a ReloadShop member?
A You have to register as a TIMENet Member and then get an authentication from Mobile88.
  Note: You would only need to register ONCE. Please remember your login name and password for your next purchase. You will not need to register again

Q What is an Authentication? Why it is important?
A

Authentication is a security procedure to certify the validity of a user. A secured “ID tag” would be assigned to each user to track their activities in the ReloadShop.

The Authentication process is to verify the User’s details and transactions. It is important especially to rectify purchasing problem(s) (if there is any). Besides, it is also as a security feature that we have to protect our users against frauds.

Note: Don’t worry, you don’t have to authenticate every time you make a purchase. It’s a one-off procedure when you register as a ReloadShop member

  2. To register as a ReloadShop member
  3. A payment method, (i.e. online banking account or credit card)

A During registration, you will have to select a payment method. There are 2 payment options:
  OPTION 1: AllianceOnline, Maybank2u, RHB or Telemoney (Redhot) Payment
 
Q Is there a limit for payment made through AllianceOnline, Maybank2u or Redhot Telemoney?
A No, there’s no limit.

Q I have an Alliance saving account, how do I make a purchase from ReloadShop?
A You can either make payments through AllianceOnline via the Internet or pay at any Alliance Bank counter in Malaysia. For payment via AllianceOnline, you will get your PIN immediately over the Internet. If you are paying from an Alliance Bank counter, the PIN will reach you via SMS within 1 working day.

Q How soon would I receive my PIN if I make the payment via Maybank2u.com?
A Once you make payment through Maybank2u.com, Maybank2u.com needs 24 hours to confirm the status of the payment. Subsequently, the PIN will be delivered to the email address as registered at www.mobile88.com/reloadshop with the conditions below:
  1. On next banking day if transferring is made on Monday to Thursday (e.g. If you transfer on Monday, the PIN will be delivered on Tuesday and so on).
  2. On Saturday (for banking day only) or next Monday (if Saturday is not a banking day) if transferring is made on Friday.
  OPTION 2: Credit Card Payment
 
Q What procedure should I follow after selecting my Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard) as a payment option during registration.
A After entering your credit card details during registration, fax a photocopy of your NRIC (both sides) and credit card (both sides) to +60-3-92003333 (please write down your login name and contact number on the document). Upon receiving your document, we will take 3 working days to verify your particulars. Upon verification, you will receive an approval notification via email.

Q How would I receive my ‘purchase’?

Q What is the difference Instant and non-Instant?
A Instant refers to the speed of delivery of the PIN you have purchased. This depends on the payment method that you chose.
