Galaxy S4 Active is another variant of the recently launched Galaxy S4 alongside the Galaxy S4 Mini. Samsung Galaxy Active is expected to be released in the second half of 2013.
S4 Active Rumored Specs
Samsung insider was reportedly confirmed that a new rugged dust and water-resistant version of the Galaxy S4 is in development, though the company did not indicate when it might launch. The Galaxy S4 Active is expected to feature a dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro CPU and an 8-megapixel rear camera along with a full-HD 1080p display. The Galaxy S4 Active will come with IP55 and IP57 certified, making it water and dust resistant device similar to the Sony Xperia Z and Xperia ZR.
Samsung did not reveal any details about the pricing but it is expected to be priced around the same range of Xperia ZR and LG Optimus GJ (RM 1700 – RM 1900).

Sony Xperia Z was announced at CES in January 2013 along with Xperia ZL. The 5-inch device is the flagship model for Sony this year.
Xperia Z Notable Specs
Xperia Z is powered by a 1.5GHz Snapdragon quad-core processor coupled with Aderno 320 GPU and also come 4G LTE connectivity. The Xperia Z carry similar 13-megapixel camera augmented with Exmor R technology, capable of recording videos in full HD resolution, with auto-focus, flash, HDR (High Dynamic Range). Sony’s Exmor R imagers were often lauded so you probably can’t go wrong here and on the front, the Xperia Z has a 2.2-megapixel camera. Sony calls the Xperia Z’s design OmniBalance, meaning that the phone comes with rounded edges and smooth reflective surfaces on all sides.
Sony Xperia Z is priced at RM 2199 for 16GB Version and available in Black and White color.
