Trade in your smartphone for a Samsung Galaxy S6

Samsung Galaxy S6 Trade In

If you are still in the midst of contemplating whether or not to get your hands on the Samsung Galaxy S6 or S6 edge, perhaps this might just tip you over, as the company is now offering would-be customers a chance to trade in their existing smartphones for an upgrade. And all you have to do is head over to a participating Samsung Experience Store, and check against their list of accepted devices.

Trade In

Tentatively, the Samsung Galaxy S6 Trade Up Program runs from 9 – 31 May 2015, and customers have the opportunity of getting up to RM1000 for their old smartphones, although there is a caveat. Brightstar, Samsung’s local distributor has put out a list of devices and it is a rather short one. Included in the list are flagship smartphones from Samsung, HTC, and Sony; as well as a number of iPhones. In, total the stores will only accept only 19 different smartphones. Curious what would net you RM 1000? It is none other than the Galaxy Note 4, although given that the device is barely a year old, a grand does sound a bit on the low side. In any case, if you absolutely got to have Samsung’s latest and greatest, this is something up for your consideration. In any case, there are always the telco plans to look up, which is always the more reasonable option.
