At the top, Cheong Chia Chou assumes the new 11street CEO role, succeeding Hoseok Kim who has been on the helm from the beginning of their inception. The new man will push through efforts to revolutionise the marketplace with timely upgrades to services with the continuous aim to enhance the customer shopping experience in an increasingly digitalised world.

For customers, they can look forward to an even more effortless and convenient shopping experience with new options such as cashless payment via e-wallet services such as Boost and Presto. For better peace of mind and customer confidence, 11street will be rolling out a live chat function with in-house customer service as well as re-launching official stores with only authentic products. The official stores will also provide the benefits of after-sale service support.
