U Mobile quietly offers dual-SIM HTC Desire V, priced at RM1099

05 June 2012 - U Mobile is offering contract bundles for the RM1099 HTC Desire V. HTC’s Desire V was originally headed for the Chinese market only, but U Mobile managed to get the dual-SIM device to our shores.
The phone is offered with three 24 month plans – the U28, U58 and U88. You can get the phone for as low as RM499 if you opt for the U88 plan.
As for the phone itself, there are quite a few decent specs for an entry-level price point.
In addition to the dual-SIM support, you’ll get a 4-inch screen with 800 x 480 pixel resolution. It is loaded with Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) and supports HSPA, WiFi and GPS. The V gets a 5-megapixel shooter that records 1080p videos.
