13 June 2012 - Despite the effort by Apple, they have failed to keep the Samsung latest flagship device at bay after a ruling by U.S. District Judge Lucy Koh in San Jose, California. Koh claimed that a court order to block Samsung Galaxy S III launch on the June21st would overload her calendar. However, this has not stopped Cupertino's legal team as Apple has requested for a new hearing in attempt to block the sales of the Galaxy S III. Nonetheless, the delay in getting the court order might Apple's market shares for mobile devices.
