Samsung announces LTE-ready Galaxy R Style for South Korea

01 June 2012 - Samsung is not resting on its laurels. The dust on the Samsung Galaxy S3 launch has barely settled and the South Korean firm introducing yet another device - the Galaxy R style. The phone is headed to the South Korean market for now, and is looking quite sexy with a 9.79mm thin chassis.

It has a 4.3-inch screen with 960 x 540 pixel resolution, 16GB onboard storage and Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) skinned with Samsung’s TouchWiz. And to top it off, it has an LTE receiver and Near Field Communications (NFC) support.

Inside it has a 1.5GHz Snapdragon CPU and a 5-megapixel camera, the Galaxy R Style is powered by a 2000 mAh battery. Samsung pegged the Galaxy R Style at 700,000 Won (estimated S$ 765).
