Apple files for Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 ban - again

22 May 2012 – After all the commotion we have had in Germany, Apple yet again filed for another injunction against Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 but this time, it is in the U.S. After getting a step ahead with the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit (CAFC), the Apple crew immediately attempted to ban the iPad look-alike.

Well, Samsung can probably just bring in their Galaxy Tab 10.1N and Judge Koh might rule out Apple as what German court did. For those of you who are using the Galaxy Tab 2 10.1, you can just apply for a case exemption.
