22 May 2012 – Samsung has just recently released a follow up to the wildly successful Samsung Galaxy mini. Touted as the ideal first smartphone for new and young consumers, it was an affordable device that did not skimp on the features.
Among other improvements, the Samsung Galaxy mini 2 now features built-in storage of 2.7GB from the get go. The screen size has been slightly increased to a 3.27-inch HVGA display. Added to that is an 800MHz processor, powering the Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) OS onboard.
The biggest surprise on the Samsung Galaxy mini 2 has to be the NFC technology behind it, which until now has been mainly seen in high-end devices. Stay tuned for a review of this device from us soon!
