13 May 2012 – CTIA was a little subdued this year, after the Samsung Galaxy 3 announcement of the previous week.
1. 4G LTE dominates
HTC’s Droid Incredible and Samsung’s Focus 2 were announced. Both were 4G LTE phones.

2. Kyocera makes a comeback
Kyocera introduced a couple of Android phones. The first is a water-resistant device called the Hydro

The other is the Rise, and is thought to be the world’s first side slider device running on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich
3. Unnecto Quattro
As we mentioned earlier, some obscure brands are trying their luck at making Android devices, and this was one of the better ones. The Unnecto Quattro is a dual-SIM Android phone priced at below USD 200 (RM 600+)

4. Motorola Droid Razr Maxx Wins The CTIA E-Tech Awards
Come again? Motorola? Haven’t heard from them in a bit. Apparently they have won something.
