As we can see from the picture, the app reported Galaxy S III will be running on Exynos 4212 dual-core processor clocked at 1.4GHz. Rather than upgrading into a quad-core processor, it may seem that Samsung just passes a slight boost to the new model compared to the predecessor Galaxy SII which runs on Exynos 4210. However, this Exynos 4212 processor has yet to be seen in the market.
Other than that, there is the rumored 4.7-inch display screen with 1280x720 pixels. The operating system is the latest Android 4.0, Ice Cream Sandwich (of course). The internal memory given is 1GB RAM, and the front-facing camera will supports up to 2-megapixels and the rear-camera will have a newly pumped 12-megapixels.
The report also indicates that the new Galaxy S III will be supporting GSM/WCDMA network. Well, with all these high-end specs it is no wonder Samsung is making such a deal on their countdown event. However, this is still just an app result from a test-run. Whether the Galaxy S III will run on a quad-core processor or just a slight boost from the predecessor, we will have find it out during the launch in 3rd May.
