28 February 2012 - At NVIDIA’s MWC booth, lays Toshiba’s unannounced 7.7 quad-core Tegra 3 tablet called the AT270. Its prototype was apparently spotted at CES, but now it has a list of confirmed specs. It has a Super AMOLED displaying 1280 x 800 pixels, and it has a 1.5GHz Tegra 3 chip.

It runs on the Android 4.0 and according to Engadget it is the vanilla version of ICS.

Its design is unchanged from the prototype at CES, from the images show that it is barely thicker than the 3.5mm headphone jack. The AT270 is lightweight too. There is a rear facing camera and microSD slots on board.

There aren’t much more details so we’ll leave it at that. Hopefully, Toshiba will announce this quad-core bad boy sooner rather than later.
