Toshiba's tablet leaked, set for IFA

29 August 2011 – With IFA closing in, Toshiba is reportedly is set to introduce a new Android tablet half as thin as the Toshiba Thrive. Notebook Italia has posted renders of the still unnamed tablet in an ultra-thin chassis with a brushed metal cover.  

There are plenty of comparisons with last yearls Toshiba Thrive, even the renders see them being placed side-by-side. Whilst the Thrive has full-sized ports, the new tablet comes with a microSD port, micro-HDMI slot and micro-USB port. is also reporting that the new tablet is expected to have a TI OMAP dual core 1.5GHz processor under the hood.  

Details are scant apart from the speculated hardware, so if the pictures are legit, we'll know more about them in a couple of days.
