Neil Patrick Harris parodies the Internet at the Emmy Awards 09’
Neil Patrick Harris has come a long way from Doogie Howser, M.D. and was this year’s Emmy host. He did considerably well, considering the 1.1 million viewership increase since last year. And there was a particularly hilarious skit, where Harris does a TV versus Internet bit.
His shtick was hijacking the Emmy as Dr Horrible, poking fun at first at the Emmy’s boring side. He then proceeds to hammer Internet as an entertainment platform, from bandwidth buffering, and the small size of the screen. Enjoy the video.
