Next-Gen Nokia Internet Table to use Linux Maemo?
A report on Engadget is claiming Nokia’s N810 replacement, will run on OMAP3 with powered with Linux Maemo 5. The tablet would have GSM voice and VoIP, and could turn this device into a Maemo-powered phone. The new device also reportedly has a 3.5 inch wide VGA, WiFi, full HSPA, 32GB of onboard storage expandable to 48GB and a 5 megapixel autofocus camera with dual LED flash.
However, without sources to confirm this story best not to get too excited. And we know Nokia loyalists are pondering of losing Symbian right now. Yet, we think it’s highly improbable at this point.
