HTC Tattoo, RM 1,399 powered by Android
HTC announced the availability of the HTC Tattoo for the Malaysian market, it is powered by Android 1.6 (Donut) and will have customisable faceplates. That aside, the Tattoo also features HTC’s Sense UI.
The candybar design stands at 106mm x 55mm x 14mm. The phone has a 2.8 inch TFT touchscreen with 240x320 QVGA resolution.
The new keypad design comprises of single bar with dual functions- it combines the home and menu keys in one bar and the return and search button in the other. There’s a D-pad with a rotary key.
Connectivity wise there will HSDPA 7.2 Mbps connectivity and quad band GSM connectivity, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 2.0. There’s a 3.2 megapixel camera, and an onboard GPS. The HTC Tattoo package will come with a 2GB microSD card.
HTC Tattoo integrates Google’s innovative mobile services including: Google Maps, search and Google Mail.
The new HTC Tattoo is now available at of RM 1,399.
