A New Celcom Blue Cube Experience Is Here To Give You Even More Awesomeness

When you step into a Celcom Blue Cube outlet in the near future, things could look very different from what you were used to seeing all these years.

Celcom is embarking on an ambitious project to revamp their iconic Blue Cube outlets nationwide as part of their larger effort to provide customers with an even more awesome customer experience. It will see their existing Blue Cubes transformed with a fresh new “hipster” look that will appeal to the younger generations. And the first Blue Cube to mark this new beginning is the Celcom Blue Cube Taman Segar – located in the heart of one of the most recognizable landmarks in Cheras, just beside the iconic Cheras Leisure Mall itself.


In this particular outlet that will be the blueprint of all the other outlets’ transformation, you will find plenty of interesting new additions such as a 3D printing area, besides the usual display of the latest and hottest devices in the market as well as a customer service counter, all decked out in a modern and industrial feel to give customers a hospitable shopping experience.


We want to create an ambience that will make customers visit us more often – either for the new innovations we have on display or just for getting their shopping needs covered and is like a name card for the new Celcom. We want to touch all senses of our customers from taste through getting a coffee offered to touch-and- feel through natural materials and a service with a smile” – René Werner, Chief Customer Service and Experience Officer of Celcom Axiata Berhad.

Besides just providing a passive space for customers to come and go doing about their business, Celcom will also be holding events such as new devices presentations to better engage with their customers like never before. There will always be something new and exciting around the corner that customers can look forward to.




The majority of Celcom’s 61 Blue Cubes will be given the same makeover in 2018, which ensures a consistent and state-of-the-art experience for customers. It will be the biggest makeover of the telco’s footprint in Malaysia since its first concept store was introduced back in 1994.
