BlackBerry teams up with Tune Talk to reward AirAsia customers

As a little thank you for loyally booking cheap air fares through AirAsia’s website, BlackBerry has entered into a collaboration with Tune Talk to offer a free BlackBerry Curve 9720 and six months of free BlackBerry Internet Service to select customers.

Stating that the entities would like to “reward the millions of dedicated AirAsia customers”, from now until February 28 every hundredth visitor to book a flight through www.airasia.com will receive the 9720 Curve with 3G and the 6 month free service subscription to BlackBerry Internet Service.

The offer is only valid for those make a booking by the end of February this year, and must be either a Malaysian citizen or possessing a Malaysian permanent residency. Participants must also have a valid Tune Talk subscription that is activated a minimum of thirty days from the date of booking.

BlackBerry had made it known last year that it would be releasing the BB 9720 as a QWERTY keyboard handset running on their native mobile OS BlackBerry 10, and featuring the styling of the BlackBerry Q10. The 9720 has a 2.8-inch, 480x360p  display powered by a 806MHz Tavor MG1 processor and 512MB of RAM, along with a 5-megapipxel rear camera.
