The Samsung Galaxy Tab E has been spotted out
Just when you thought they were done, Samsung throws in yet a couple more additions to their stable of tablets, this time around, the Samsung Galaxy Tab E. First spotted out in the June issue of Taiwan Mobile magazine, it bears the model number SM-T560 and appears to be somewhat similar to the Samsung Galaxy Tab A, albeit with a number of differences when it comes to specifications.
Based on the listing shown, it seems that the device will feature a 9.6-inch screen with a 1280 x 768 resolution, which is essentially more than what the Galaxy Tab A has to offer. In addition to that, the Tab E also is powered by a quad-core 1.3GHz processor, and will come pre-installed with Android 5.0 Lollipop out of the box. In the photography department, the device will likely be equipped with a 5 megapixel rear shooter, with no mention of the front-facer, although we reckon that it will be 2-megapixels, as it is the norm with such configurations.
It is worth noting that the tablet listed here is of the Wi-Fi variant, so there is likelihood where we will be seeing one that can run on mobile data as well, on top of something with a different size, if Samsung’s track record with the Galaxy Tab A is concerned.
