Huawei P8 Officially Launched In This Region, Priced At RM1,799

Huawei’s latest and greatest smartphone, the P8, has just had its South Pacific regional launch here in Singapore where we had the chance to get up close and personal with the stylish device.

To refresh your mind, the P8 is the natural successor to last year’s P7 and it continues with the P series focus on elegant design and style with a slim and lightweight metal unibody. It mixes style with substance too as the P8 is been equipped with pretty beefy specs such as 3GB RAM, 64-bit quad-core Hisilicon Kirin 930 processor, Android 5.0 Lollipop and a rear-front camera combo of 13MP and 8MP shooter, among others.

Price-wise, the P8 is set at SG699 and it does not stray too far away from its official Malaysian pricing of RM1,799. You’ll be happy to know that you can now place an order for the P8 at Huawei’s Vmall online store here (starting at 3.08pm) that will also come with a few free accessories in the form of a protective film, tripod and protective casing. On top of that, you will also get a 30% off coupon code for the new Talkband B2.

In case you do not know, the P8 also has a bigger phablet sibling in the P8 Max and even though it did not make an appearance at the event, it should be coming in the near future.
