vivo Y81 & Y71i Offer FullView Display, AI Face Beauty & More At Prices Anybody Can Afford

vivo has been stealing all the limelight lately with their innovative smartphones. The company has showcased a working prototype with almost no bezels, no notch as well as world’s first in-display fingerprint sensor, and subsequently released two phones to the market equipped with the groundbreaking technologies, all in the first half of the year. Unbeknownst to many, however, is that vivo also released a couple of wallet-friendly smartphones for the budget conscious consumers.

The vivo Y81 and Y71i are now available in the Malaysia market. Both phones offer a large, no less than 6-inch FullView Display alongside minimal bezels, with the Y81 coming with a notch and the Y71i a more traditional screen design. While the former has a 3GB RAM and expandable 32GB of storage memory, the latter packs 2GB RAM plus 16GB storage that is also expandable.

Don’t be fooled by its affordable prices though as the Y81 and Y71i feature some modern features that can be found in flagship level devices. Both phone feature Face Access that instantly unlocks as soon as it successfully scan the user’s face so you will be able to get right into doing what you love effortlessly. Software-wise, they run on Android Oreo.

The Y81 is capable of shooting in Portrait Mode even though only a single lens is used. The blurred background shots can be complemented with different types of lighting (natural lighting, studio lighting, monochrome background, stereo lighting) for Instagram-worthy uploads each and every time. On top of that, the phone can also capture live photos complete with sounds that bring moments and memories to life with just a press.
