Via a leakster based in China, we have new information on the OPPO R17 smartphone.

Based on the above image, the 6.4-inch OPPO R17 will be fitted with an AMOLED display that will offer an impressive screen-to-body ratio of 91.5%.

In terms of hardware, the OPPO R17 will powered by a new Snapdragon 710 SoC, paired to 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage. In the camera department, expect to find a dual 16-megapixel + 5-megapixel setup in the rear, working in tandem with a front facing 25-megapixel selfie-taker. Keeping everything up and running is a 3,500mAh battery.

The smartphone is expected to launch by end August 2018 or early September 2018. Pricing details are however unknown at this point.
