It has taken HTC/SIS one month to get replacement parts (LCD/Mainboard/Battery, according to them) and returned it to me. I don't know what they did but it was a pretty bad job because the phone gets very hot while talking and just today the damn thing hanged while talking. After a forced (physically removing the battery) the stupid thing won't start.<br><br>Conclusion: Don't waste your time and money on this phone. It is totally unreliable. If you are looking for a similar WM platform, consider Samsung Omnia 2. I bought it since I gave up HTC as a bad case. Quite happy with the Omnia 2 GUI and response on finger touch. Of course, there are some limitations on the Omnia 2, but I could live with it. Samsung US sends you to Samsung UK, who doesnt want to service as you are not a UK resident. I "bloody" nightmare (excuse the pun). Phone books of both SIM cards are merged (not good) languages besides English, are Thai, Malai and Japanese. Forget this if you speak a second Euro language (ie: Spanish, French, etc..no go) . If you lik&#101; texting, this phone is NOT for you. They took the money and ran back to Korea. Unless you are a techy, I would run from this phone. And dont bother to contact Samsung, they dont say the dont handle this phone.
