ACTUALL THIS IS THE REPORT THAT I WANTED TO SENT TO MAXIS FAULT REPORT IN THEIR WEBSITE.. BUT THEIR WEBSITE PROMPTED 'SORRY THE SERVICE CURRENTLY DOWN'
HOW COME U HAVE UR WEBSITE UP AND RUNNING AND THAT PARTICULAR 'COMPLAINT FORM' DOWN??? STUPID!!!
I have come to Maxis Center in Miri to upgrade my no. to registered line with RM50 per
month package. I choose to retain my prepaid no., 012 874 XXXX
According to the staff, the prepaid line shall be deactivated within 2 hours. If that
happened, I need to change my sim card to the new one given.
The prepaid line did terminated 2 hours later. However, the the phone prompted 'Sim
card registration failed' when i turn on my phone.
I did call 03-7492 2123 around before 4 pm to lodge a complaint. Attempted few times
as the line disconnected while waiting for the customer service to check on the
status, so I have to call again. When this happened another person will answer my call
and I have to explain my problem all over again.
That is fine because I can understand the situation. At last, my call attended by
your personnel name 'Lisa', if im not mistaken. She promised to return my call. She
did and informed me my line expired. How can this happened I said, i have been using
it just now.. or didnt she understand as I explained earlier that I had just upgrade
the line to post paid , of course it will be declared as expired as I migrated to
postpaid.. but the number supposed to be retained!!
she said she will check again and will return my call. I have been waiting but the phone did not rang. I made a call again to lodge another
complaint. At this stage I am very frustrated and blast the lady who answered my
call. She asked the same question again!! I said my have been attended by Lisa
before!! but she still ask me the question.. why dont just pass me to Lisa..
I did explain to her which was not in a nice way, she lodge my report and promise to
call me back with the report no. I insist to hold the line as I dont want to be waiting for her to call me back which
may not be happening. I she didnt return the call I will have to make the call again..
as I didnt remember her name.. or another person will 'act' to listen to my problem as
a sign that forget the earlier one.. that will left me in a dead stupid infinite
loop.. oh as I dont have other 012 no. or other hp, as I have been loyal to 012, I
have to wait next to my home line. and I have to use 03-7492 2123 to make the call.. I
dont know how much I have spent just to make one complaint
Ok, back to the case, after I have been given the case#, I ask the lady again.. where
is her collegue Lisa who suppose to return my call.. she said Lisa had left!! wtf !! I
have been waiting for her update, and she just left just like that
This is not what I should endure for being a loyal customer.. oh, since i am migrating
to postpaid, maxis dont need to really care about us.. we are binded with 6 months
contract before we can surrender the line
At Miri office, they said the line should be ready in 2 hours, after i lodge my
report the lady said within 24 hours.. i asked y? it should be as soon as possible as
earlier promise is within 2 hours!! she said.. that the PROCEDURE!
after i got my case#, she said she have to refer my case to the centre.. I said, i
dont care where u want to refer to, as long as i get my no. activated ASAP. then I
asked again, how long will it takes for the centre to resolve such cases? she said 3
-4 DAYS!! 2 HOURS -> 24 HOURS -> 2 - 3 DAYS ??! THAT IS NOT PROCEDURE.. THAT IS
EXCUSES!!!
WTF!! I have enough!! by the way, I have lost the given case#..
U CHECK IT FOR ME BY USING MY PHONE NO. that is 012874 XXXX and I need my line activated IMMEDIATELY!!

since maxis saks so much as it has been, why not we all change to Celcom instead or Mi3G?save us less stress and trouble,i truly agree on those comments as i have friends experiencing the same issue with you t-rex.In other way, actually they don't really care much of their customers since they are the largest telco in our country.

so, can you post the latest update.. did your 012 number sill can't be used? perhaps your phone number is lost while transfering it from prepaid mode to postpaid mode .. so, when checking with prepaid system, the number is already expired, but checking with postpaid system that number is not yet registered..

ahucks, I understand yr case and it do happen to me on the 123 helpline. My fren work at Maxis told me that they have employ many temp staff which know nothing about their products. Thats why it happen. Advise you to go back to Miri office as the staff are more genuine Maxis staff and can able to help.
Also please ask for CS officer name and case number during yr next call to 123. It did help at lease you dun need to explain again..

When people post their comments using Roman alphaberts, botak_chin posted it in Chinese. Duh! Poor Thing! Anyway, for the problem of customer service, it depends on your luck. If you're lucky, you might get a more friendly and helpful CSR, else it will be the other way around.
