i'm DiGi and Celcom user... and i think of all de customer services around... DiGi did a great job! beat Celcom and oso Maxis (tat's for sure!)... though i never used Maxis b4... but of all de complaints i heard... Maxis really suX big time man... de line might be good but definately not de customer service...
DiGi do response fast in everything... calls and even emails! 2 thumbs up!
as for Celcom... well, so-so only...

Telco2 lain boleh buat percuma,takkan maxis telco terbesar di Malaysia tak boleh buat

I am thinking to switch to Celcom because of the cheaper rate. However, the receiption is certain area is not clear.

khooyc, we welcome u to celcom. Just 2 let u know that when u switch to celcom u will be able to enjoy clear reception for all your calls. The coverage is also as good as maxis expecially in urban areas. So hope u will do the change ASAP. See u in celcom...cheers

in KL alone also most area are covered by Celcom... i don think u'll have problem on not getting a good reception lor... try to get a good reception inside Isetan, KLCC... Celcom beats DiGi... Maxis, i'm not sure coz' i don use Maxis... but my fren told me Maxis line were weak too inside Isetan, KLCC...
saw alot of those big huge signboard of 'This is Celcom Territory' around KL town?? hehe... coOL!

yupe. celcom has a lot of money to expand their network coverage, and you would get the best quality and coverage with celcom. the eesat test has proven this, and this means no more dropped calls especially when you travel in a car.
anyone agree with me?

exactly. I think Maxis services is getting bad. This could be due to they have a lot of customer sto serve.

to me maxis is not bad larr.......but quite expensive only........the customer service line isnt dat good......digi is really cheap however coverage is not dat good lolx........celcom is cool too......but my frens hardly use celcom 1 in fact i hardly see ppl i know using celcom they use hotlink instead.....lol

ya, maxis customer service line always got no sound when you dial...if not, their people can't heard u speak sometime...but celcom like that too, digi? i no more use them, cost when i have digi...always network down...you can't even report when your phone can't work.
