I think that status is happened quite long time ago...as i known and tried recently  < 5 secs celcom careline will pickup the call , compare with last time sometime need to wait more than 10 mins or even 30 mins.

Finally, celcom really take care their customer line service. Great and happy.

In my opinion, Celcom Customer Service Consultant picks up the call less than 5 sec because their call volume is low or their available agent is high.

I had called to Hotlink and Digi few times before,sometime my line is connected to the CSC directly and sometime the system will put me on hold and i have to wait in their waiting queue.

It's great that Celcom providing such good service to its customer!

About the issue of calling back customer, i did receive replied calls from Hotlink CSC eventhough i disatisfied with their solutions or answers.

Celcom careline is pretty good if compare to Maxis. As maxis customer careline just priority to postpaid. The treat postpaid customer at the hill top, while prepaid customer at the bottom of hill. This is not fair to prepaid customer as major of earning for maxis is from prepaid customer.

May be...... all hotlink customer should boycot and change to 016 at once time..... for them to shock that.... customer may do something. Dont think silent mean nothing..... digi 016 now offer pretty good service, and the value added service to prepaid is pretty good and value too... Recommended to new users.

I know maxis will thought if prepaid helpline must got people main the helpline. But it is a responsible for them to provide helpline FOC. Takkan ask something have to pay? Why DiGi such a small foreign company can offer so many great benefits for their customers but maxis, a local company can't gives their local user the same benefits? It is sound rediculous?

Hotlink prepaid is like Maybank's "Priority Customers". People that contribute much like postpaid user only entitle for helpline FOC while normal prepaid user can't enjoy it?

I totally agreed the services provided to prepaid customer is poor. Their priority always on postpaid customer. Are they treated us a one off customer?

Personal experience on customer service from Telcos.....

Maxis was very good at the beginning but  once they become Big brother ... getting worse.

DiGi  is the best  in term of Customer service  ..and they know how to play the  games as the smallest Telco.

Celcom ... don't know what to say cause no longer their subscriber ...was their 010 customer but service suck during that time ... cause only 1 telco.
