they say they'll call back but never until we ourself have to call back to them..and when ever they tell their name,..and the next time you mention that name and they say no such person by that name....

i can relate to that.. same experience the last time i called there,.. but i rarely call so i don't know if that's their normal service..

But their CS is better than other Telcos IMO. :D

Recently, I heard some bad comments from my colleagues who used Maxis ... expensive any service getting worst. I beleive time for Maxis to look into this matter before their customer switch to other competitors

You guys should understand their situations!!!I think they are frustrated with services that provided by their boss' company!!!
I think...Maxis Customer Service is better than Celcom Customer Service....but I prefer Digi Customer Service...
What is your opinions?

Yeah I also prefer DiGi CS. Much more professional than maxis IMO. :D

But actually celcom customer service much better than maxis since i changed to celcom from maxis half yr ago. Celcom customer service was improved really a lot since i joined, i really can felt it. Wat i complaint to them they can solve it very fast (eg : LIne quality and coverage problem), so, i really happy wat they do for me.

Celcom Customer Service iz better than Maxis CS. That day I try to
calll 1111 from my 019 and below 5 seconds, they answered my call,
rather than Maxis, they rarely answer the call even after 1 minute. I
know coz I have Hotlink and Xplore. But I prefer Xplore....

I disagree the fact that u all say Maxis will not call back. I tried many times to call Maxis any time and they manage to call me back after 5 minutes. And this include MIDNIGHT also. I have been working as a staff at handphone shop which requires me to call to their customer service frequently. Celcom and DiGi customer service was really BAD. Especally Celcom take me 10minutes to answer my call. Its radiculous man.
