Android phone Sony introduced at the IFA is the LTE equipped Xperia V. It may not be the flagship Xperia TX, but it sports a rugged exterior, which includes a dust and water resistant chassis with an IP57 rating. Sony says the V is able to survive water up to 1m deep for 30 minutes
