| no... the cyber-shot is actually support by the xenon flash... no xenon,no cyber-shot
,cannot say it based on the setting only cause a lot of support come from the xenon flash
,if don't believe,closed the xenon flash and don't use it

| Even digicam like Olympus etc. also blur if movement & under low light lah....Cyber-shot is not everything, but it is more stable than a lot digicam under low light, i've experienced it
