The Roger Store in Chatham, ON told me I need to send the phone away for repair - it was a brand new phone - give me a break. I will never buy another Samsung phone again !!! We have called all the providers and no one can get this phone to work with WIFI and home router. Called Samsung, Rogers, Videotron + Dlink. I will never buy a Samsung product again, Period!
