| I tried downloading a 7MB Java app on my Jet and the phone said that the Phone Memory is Full. But I have more than enough free memory on both the phone and the SD card. Is there a size limit to the java apps you can download. Is there a way to unlock this or bypass it?

| dulu masa aku baru beli hp ni ada maslah juga, restart sendiri. selepas hantar service centre semuanya ok semula. puncanya yang aku tau, softwarenya tidak diinstall dengan sempurna. hp ini yang aku suka sekali pasal dia boleh main 1gb movie 4000kbps dengan selambanya. hp lain macam omnia 2, n97, x1 atau htc boleh macam ini ke tidak aku tak tahu. sesiapa yang ada maklumat boleh beri komen

| i jz bought it 2 mth ago, but the day that i having it jz about 3 week, cause most of the time it was in restart, hang, the touch screen are uncontrollable so you cant make any call. I did sent to service center and they did switch the mother board for 3rd times, but the same problem keep occured. i am jz doubt that they never do the QC on the phone. as what Yankee said "regret to spend RM1.7K for this junk jet."

| Got it in less than a week.
My personal opinion - really lacking of:
1. don't even support copy & paste.
Other cheap brand like Sony Ericsson support this simple feature, but not Samsung Jet. Hey...don't tell me copy & paste is Windows proprietry feature.
2. GPS Software
When I complaint to Samsung, they first told me that Samsung will come out with FREE GPS software. Then come the money-oriented story -> it is NOT FREE.
I was also told by Customer Support that Garmin can be loaded@installed. But that's not the case. Garmin cannot be used with Samsung Jet here. Route 66 might be available soon.
3. Battery - not up to the standby/usgae time as claimed in the specs.
So far, regret to spend RM1.7K for this junk jet.

| To unlock your phone put a sim from another company,
now type *#9998*3323# it will reset your phone. Push exit and then push 7,
it will reset again. Put your other sim in and it will say sim lock,
type in 00000000 then it should be unlocked. Type in *0141# then
the green call batton and it's unlocked to all networks.
This code may not work on the older phones and some of the newer phones.
If it doesn't work you will have to reset your phone without a sim in it
by typing *#2767*2878# or *#9998*3855# (not tested)
