fawme Posted On : December 3, 2009 | Purchased the phone in Nov 2008, but right now replacement battery not available. Contacted samsung India many times (customer complaint number 8408749295)and reported about the non availability of the battery, todate no solutions nor has Samsung India had the courtesy to call back. I am not a Nokia fan, hence I went for Samsung, but now I regret and will never support this brand. I am surprised that a reputed company like this can sell a product just an year ago and not back it up with accessories and that too a battery |
