u might be angry with the batery consumption,
1 day if u a heavy user but 2 day if just a medium user,
but if u wan to have a life long batery,
jus disabled the dual mode ( GSM+UMTS),
jus use the GSM mode (GSM),
you`re batery will have have long run and last more time than before this,
anybody who have any setting that can up the phone performence can post to,
we all wanna know.

If you ever own N82 than this N86 will be at the same level ( music ) as N82. Having used this phone for quite sometime now, both of the phone have never encountered any hang/jammed or so whatever. In regards to the receiving calls, i have had heard from my friend who are using N86 that the volume tend to be quite slow but mine is ok. Maybe it was due to the manufacturing defect.

thanks for your info.. w995 wins in its music category..how about the music in N86?? does both phone tends to hang always.. and how bout receiving calls and such.. i'm a little worried.. can u give me a short specific review on both on the pros and cons.. that will help thanks!!! i really do appreciate it..
but yea Nokia's AP is expensive haha

| Elixis...I'm currently using this 2 Phones and no doubt Nokia N86 win a bit esp on its Operation System ( OS ) which is Symbian OS..for camera purpose, Nokia also a winner here. Having compared picture snapped from every angle and exposure ( Macro/panorama etc view )..Nokia is better . W995i is a serious HP Walkman series and having won EISA award for 2009-2010 best music H. You know what i mean here right!!. Nokia current market price for an AP set is a bit expensive than W995 and overall , i'll strongly recommend you to go for Nokia N86.

N86 Video Quality is indeed Superb ..almost the same as N82 and N97...almost perfect for the level of Mobile Phone ( pls don't compare with the true Camera Camcorder )...having said earlier, the only spoil for this model is the design...You will feel the same if you own N85 coz i did own one before buying this gadjet. Nokia also need to seriously look into the processor. with this such mid level of HP, Nokia should have thought of speed. With faster processor , the possibility of the HP get easily hang is almost nul.

| must agree with dewa...
i have been using this phone close to 1/12 month now and feel the same way like dewa...the keypad can easily can scratch due to the dual slide....the white in colour would make it worst as you could easily spot the scaratch..even it is tiny....
the lack of Xenon Flash also the main weaknesses...Nokia should have thought on putting Xenon flash in this model...just like my N82.,..the pic Quality of N82 is much better than N82..i always thought how could that possible as N82 is just 5mp camera ??
Music Quality perhaps not that bad and up to the level where my ears can still tolerate it. Hearing thru earset is superb and could easily listen to the strong bass..

| Bad side N86:-
Im already use my N86 white avaxx waranty for almost 2 months now,
the negative about N86 is dual slide can scratch the keypad, camera lens
also scratch bcoz of the cmera slide. the other bad n86 is the usb
charger, if u connect n86 to pc it automatic recharge ur phone even
though ur phone' bat already full cas, this can make ur bat life short. bad
idea..
when we talks about 8mp, we aspect the best Quality from Nokia N86
but unfortunately is not the best compare to the other brand. The
pictures taken from N86 not very sharp, the pics color just like a
crayon.. poor.. but the video is awesome..
sometimes "wait" can be good idea..
think it again..
