Complete with box and accessories( data cable, charger, box, manual, 2GB memory card and 2 batteries) . the only problem is both battery is not in good condition. reason for selling is switching phone. If you are one of the user, the thing you must learn to do is update your firmware regularly. This should fix most of the problem.
