The phone battery back up is defective and seems to be a design failure. It has been submitted to Nokia Care Service in Lucknow on 7 Jan, 12 Jan, 16 Jan and 27 Jan 2009, but the problem persists, low battery back up and automatic switch off. Copies of job sheets are with me for publication!!I regret having bought this set, and feel like throwing it away, as Nokia has failed to give me a properly working set. All are tall claims, and if Nokia wants to maintain its reputation, it should replace the set immediately as it has caused me a great deal of inconvenience. Are Nokia top bosses listening?
