Meizu has announced the quad-core upgrade of its flagship Android smartphone called the MX Quad-Core.The upgraded chip is a Samsung Exynos quad-core chip without specifics on its clock speeds. Meizu also touted that the processor will save up to 20 percent of CPU power consumption compared to the dual-cored MX. Its battery pack got upgraded from 1600mAh to 1700mAh too
