| Bought this phone 6 months ago. Was satisfied until 2 days ago phone went dead. The shop I bought from says need to make warranty claim and it'll take at least 2 weeks for feedback. They can't even temporary loan me a handphone.
Before you consider forking out RM3200++ of your hard earned money, just consider the inconvenience when the phone or any other brands in this price range fails on you, especially if your work depends on it.
I'm extremely unhappy because of the unreliability and inconvenience.
I used a Dopod 838Pro before this and I had issues with it too. It gave problems after 1 year. Thought I'd give HTC a 2nd chance and bought the Touch HD because it looks great, but I regret the decision now. I don't know. Maybe I'm just plain unlucky.

| Guys,i dah guna hd set ini 1 bulan, i beli di melaka, i punya pendapat hp ini memang bagus , ui 3 d nya Sensertif. Dan tengok movie dan web ,the best!. line 3.5 stabil banding dgn i punya nokia n95 8gb.Dan i nak buat komen sikit, tentang sis service i no problem dgn yg di melaka. Good service.So nak cari iphone killer inilah dia. Banyak 3th party app boleh download free. Jika minat beri sja. Dgn 3k++ BERBALOI..

| Just bought the HTC HD yesterday (30/4)
there's a glitch...how many of u (owner) hv d following problem:-
the picture for the contact person is blurred (not very sharp one)
...i've already change the setting, however, no positive result yet...is there any solution for this? 1st I thought it was about the pixel, but it wasnt

| I have a HTC Touch phone and HTC Diamond and love most of what HTC offered.
However, SiS sales and supports (HTC distributor in Malaysia) are
T-E-R-R-I-B-L-E, sometimes I wonder if they appreciate us buyers?!!!
I finally had enough from SiS and make up my mind that:
as long as it is still from SiS, I will not get new HTC anymore!
Sadly Touch HD looks tempting to me, but I will have to go for other brands for good.

| IF ANY ONE THINK OF PURCHASING A HTC MOBILE IN MALAYSIA. YOU ALL GOT TO THINK TWICE OR MORE AS THE DAMN LOUSY SERVICE SUPPORT, RUDE RECEPTION, TAKES FEWS DAY TO GET THE PARTS.
I'M A HTC (HD) USER PURCHASE 3 MONTHS AGO, THE PHONE IS GOOD BUT THE BEST THING IS NOT RELIABLE (WORST THEN THE CHINA MAKE PHONE), THE ON/OFF BUTTON GIVE VERY EXPENSIVE PAYING ON THE PHONE AFTER GOING TO THE SERVICING CENTRE FOR ADVICE, .... NEED TO LEFT FEW DAY AFTER WITING THE PARTS TO BE ARRIVE FROM SPACE...( NO SPARE STOCK KEPT).
PAUL FROM PENANG, MALAYSIA TOLD ME THAT THAT WASN'T THE ON/OFF SWITCH PROBLEMS, IT WAS THE MAIN BOARD PROBLEMS THAT NEED TO BE REPLACE.
THAT WAS SOMETING THAT WORTH FOR PAYING SUCH A HIGH END PHONE ENDED IN THE SERVICE CENTRE.

| Pada saya HTC Touch HD ni adalah phone windows mobile terbaik. Dari segi screen memang hebat n terbesar setakat ni. Penggunaanya mudah walau pun ada yg mengatakan susah bila nak msg tapi saya rasa tak sbb anda bole menggunakan keyboard dlm bentuk phone biasa kalau anda mahu. Dari segi multimedia dan melayari internet memang fantastik. HTC HD memang berbalaoi. Saya dah pakai selama 3 bulan dan memang berpuas hati.
