HTC One XL LTE was launched by HTC Singapore and SingTel on SingTel's LTE network. The typical speeds of SingTel LTE / 4G network (3.4 - 12 Mbps) currently is estimated to be about 3 times of SingTel's 3G network(1.4 - 3.7 Mbps). Only about 50% of Singapore areas are currently covered by SingTel LTE networks. Outside these areas, Onex XL LTE shall be operating under SingTel 3G networks. In foreign countries, the One XL LTE is also not expected to work with LTE networks overseas, due to frequency compatibility between phone and networks.
