The Google Nexus One sport the Google Android 2.1, is 11.5mm thick, comes with 512MB RAM, 512MB ROM, and a 1 GHz microprocessor. The Google Nexus One will come with a 4GB microSD in-box expandable to 32GB. The phone will support HSPA 900/1700/2100 and a 3.7 inch WVGA AMOLED display.

The phone will have four illuminated soft keys primarily for Back, Menu, Home and Search. A tri-colour LED will be used in the device for notifications and charge status. Google Nexus One is initially available from the Google web store in the US without service for $529 or starting at $179 with a two-year contract from T-Mobile USA. In the near future, Verizon Wireless in the US and Vodafone in Europe plan to offer services to customers in their respective geographies.
