g-Smart is unique in style with a sliding numeric keypad. Users can dial out easily by pressing the numerical keypad using one hand. Users can also watch clear and smooth analog TV on a 2.4” and 26k full-color TFT LCD screen where the signal is strong. The voice from the back speaker is very clear even when the volume is turned up to maximum. For frequent travelers, g-Smart can automatically search for local analog TV signal when users travel to other countries.
g-Smart is built-in with Windows Direct Push, which is the new push e-mail service provided by Microsoft’s latest Windows Mobile 5.0 operating system and Exchange Server 2003 SP2. Through GPRS or Wi-Fi, enterprise users can access their emails, contacts, messages in real-time, and catch the newest information, respond, and make decisions immediately, even when they are not in the office.
In addition to the aforementioned data management and protection mechanism introduced by the built-in latest Windows Mobile 5.0 operating system, users can read and make graphs using Excel Mobile or edit documents using Word Mobile in the same file format as those produced on PC. PowerPoint Mobile, the new application on the Pocket PC platform, enables rehearsals any time outside of the office.
