| peerzadah | I regret the day I decided to go for this worst ever handset of my life...to cite the reason...horribly poor reception, and upon weak signals switching to GPRS to swallow the remaining battery, Just shut down between the call and without any reason, even at available over 55% battery, hangs like anything.. | ISAAC MATHEW | Ii love this mobile cos ii don't believe the above comments ....... all these problems happen cos the harsh use , so problems persists and ii have some solutions 4 ur problems.... 1.Battery - believe that this is a windows phone and it has many high end applications to run. >Avoid alternate charging try to charge full at a time. >Use sleep mode by pressing power off button once to save power at night and lock it using lock button in the right side of the phone. 2.Running Issues >Use Any Web Browsers like opera mini 5.1 for browsing cos internet explorer may cause hanging .... >To deleate some waste files goto File explorer>windows>profile>guest >temporary internet files ...if u use intrnt explorer it will slows down ur device...these sfiles are the m October 06, 2010 |
| Raj | I wish I had read this thread before going for this mobile. This is a sad phone with problems from DAY 1!!. To start with the stylus was offset and had to rework to get it right...Software was damn slow and acts as if its sleepy!!. it would hang almost everyday and demanded a restart every time there is a problem with network...last but not the least, there is only service centre in the entire city and they could'nt repair it when it was slightly waterlogged(it just got a little wet in the pockets when it rained) and its gone now!!! unusable and useless!! Nightmare for around only 8 months with this mobile. lemon...will never buy any pda from this brand May 24, 2010 |

| Chin YF | I just bought my P320 about a month ago.I sent my phone to the service centre and was told the battery was dead.I was also told I can get the battery for replacement in 2 weeks time but it's more than 3 weeks I'm still waiting for the battery replacement .Imagine my frustration that if I bought a new PDA phone to use only for 1 week.What is the use for having a warranty period for 1 year.And I even bought extended warranty for another 2 years.
