Writer
Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- The writer's main function is to report, write, and package stories for the daily and weekend content on Mobile88.com
- Produce articles with quality and speed - deadlines must be met with minimal fuss
- Rewriting and adapting material
- Translate Mobile88.com material to Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia
- Acting upon critical feedback in the most appropriate manner
- Being prepared to rewrite and revise work (often several times) following feedback
Requirements:
- Preferably 6 months or so in writing experience - applicants are preferably up to speed on current technology and digital lifestyle
- Has a STPM/ Diploma/Degree in Mass Communications, Journalism or Advertising
- Have strong oral and written communication skills in English, ability to read and translate articles to Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is a plus
- Have good people skills and be able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Resourceful, pro-active and able to meet deadlines, able to manage multiple deadlines in an organised manner
- Computer literate and familiar with editing software, including photography
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Preferably with own transport but not a must
Web Developer

- Develop, maintain and enhance the existing web application or new application
- Responsible for web layout design, application UI design, multimedia content creation for website
- Unit, module & integration testing
- Ensure development work is on time and meets project requirements and needs
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science/ IT or related discipline
- At least 1-2 years experience in ASP.NET or .NET development
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
- Required skill(s): ASP.NET, ASP, HTML, CSS, MYSQL or Miscrosoft SQL
- Must be proficient in Photoshop and template design
- Good command in English, Malay & Chinese (written & spoken)
- Able to work independently with minimum of supervision
- Must have deep interest in e-commerce and web-based technology
