I was deciding on Jabra BT8040 or the Motorola H12. So I bought the H12, compared to I-tech, BTS 900(Touch) and GG 03 bluetooth I've used, the Incoming sound quality is the best among all, clear/crisp and Outgoing sound, my friends told me my voice is very clear too. I discovered something, when I was at the shop testing the first H12 before buying, made couple of calls to my friends, their comments - very soft, my talking volume wasn't impressive & they were struggling to hear me although incoming voices were excellent. I proceeded to try another H12 unit and the 2nd one was the one I took home. My summary, all electronic items (I personally believe this apply to all brands or items)would have some degrees of inconsistencies in manufacturing process. So try it first before buying
